"Prof. Rashmi Akshay Yadav is a MBA Graduate from University of Mysore. She has cleared K-SET and holds a Diploma in Commercial Practice and Diploma in Structural Equation Modelling. Being a Research Scholar from Mysore University, she is working in the domain of “Banking and Finance” and currently heading towards thesis submission on Banking Models. While Accounting and Taxation are her area of expertise, Finance is her area of passion. Professor has published her Research publication in various peer reviewed and good impact factor journals of UGC CARE and Scopus and holds citations on Google scholar. She holds the book publications titles as author and editor in the area of Derivatives, risk Management, Production Management and Managerial Finance.

Currently she is working as Assistant Professor of Commerce and Management at St. Francis College, Koramangala, Bangalore. She has 10 Years’ experience in academics and mentoring Graduate and Post-Graduate students at various prestigious institutions like Dayananda Sagar College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Bangalore and TTL College of Business Management, Mysore.

Adding to her profile she has collaborated with Scopus Journals as editor and peer review committee member of special issues and publications. She is expertise in Guiding Projects at College level and University Level, both for UG and PG Students.

She has participated and worked as coordinator and facilitating member in various Seminars, Workshops, National/International Conference, Symposium and Faculty Development Programmes. She has been the Judge for many Management and Cultural Events at the College Fests. Other than Academics, she is a talented singer and Volley Ball player, who has bagged many awards.
