ABOUT CELL
A Gender Sensitization Cell in a college is a dedicated body that works towards promoting gender equality, creating awareness about gender issues, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students and staff.

VISION
A Campus community where gender is understood as a social construct, and all members are aware of and sensitive to gender issues, promoting culture of equality and respect.

MISSION
To raise awareness about gender-related issues, challenge stereotypes, and promote gender sensitivity through workshops, seminars, discussions and outreach programs.

OBJECTIVES
01: To make the young boys and girls, gender sensitive and create positive values that supports the girls and their rights.
02: To generate the awareness in regard to equality in Law, social system and democratic activities.

FUNCTIONS
• To Work towards modification of behavior by raising awareness of gender equality concerns.
• To familiarize about constitutional rights on Gender Equality.
• To mentor the students towards open minded society.
