Introduction to Ethics Committee
The Ethics Committee is dedicated to ensuring that all operations and activities within the institution adhere to the highest ethical standards. It serves as a guiding body to maintain integrity, transparency, and ethical decision-making throughout the organization. The committee works to ensure that every stakeholder follows the ethical guidelines set forth, fostering a responsible and trustworthy environment.

Vision
To create and sustain an environment where ethical conduct and moral integrity are the foundation of every decision, ensuring trust and transparency in all organizational processes.

Mission
The mission of the Ethics Committee is to uphold and promote ethical standards across the institution. The committee acts as a moral compass, ensuring that decisions are made with fairness, honesty, and accountability, while also complying with legal regulations and maintaining a culture of ethical responsibility.

Objectives
1. To ensure that all activities and decisions align with the ethical standards and guidelines of the institution.
2. To foster a culture of ethical responsibility and accountability among all members of the institution.
3. To provide guidance on ethical dilemmas or concerns raised by any stakeholder.
4. To oversee and review ethical issues or complaints in a timely and confidential manner.
5. To promote transparency in decision-making and conflict resolution processes.

Functions
1. Advisory Role: The committee advises management and stakeholders on ethical challenges and dilemmas.
2. Monitoring: It ensures that the organization's policies and actions are in line with ethical standards.
3. Review: Regular reviews of institutional activities are conducted to confirm adherence to ethical norms.
4. Training and Awareness: The committee organizes workshops and training sessions to raise awareness about ethical issues.
5. Resolution: Ethical complaints or issues raised by stakeholders are resolved through a structured process.

Mechanism
